Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan the Oyo State Capital , an Ibadan based Legal luminary Elder Barrister Adewale joined several eminent Nigerians describing the latest development in the downstream sector as a welcome and positive development that will prove Critics of Tinubu’s administration wrong.
The Legal Expert said such development will move the nation’s economy forward and boost the Gross Domestic product and increase the foreign exchange earnings.
Elder Barrister Oludare Adewale cautioned those who spread fake news about the enviable feat over rescucitation of PortHacourt Refinery noting that Nigeria belongs to us all and all hands must be on deck to move her forward and speak well of her anytime anywhere.
He however called on NNPCL to stock the market with more supplies of petroleum products to beat down the prices of petrol for Nigerians to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
The retired Senior Banking Official noted with delight that Nigerians would soon enjoy the dividends of democracy as such positive development would revamp the ailing economy.
Elder Barrister Adewale called for transparency on the part of NNPCL Management to ensure that the proceeds from Port Harcourt Refinery are judiciously used to rescucitate Warri and Kaduna Oil Refineries to regularize the prices of petroleum products in the country.
Speaking on the steps taken by the National Judicial Commission over some judges and Justices who erred in their profession , the Legal Expert said such a steps would no doubt sanitize the judicial system.
He called on Justices, Lawyers and Judges to always follow the rule of law in their professional operation to avoid mockery of the judiciary through contradictory legal pronouncements.
In another development , Elder Barrister Oludare Adewale has commiserated with the family of Obembe over the demise of Sir Elder Dr Lawrence Kayode Obembe.
He said Elder Dr Obembe did not belong to any particular social class. He was a man of everybody and He described the deceased as an enigmatic personality who had lived for the service of God and humanity.
He prayed God to give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Barrister Oludare Adewale noted with grief that the deceased would be missed by all for his selfless services to humanity .
